St. Robert has had many new changes this year, like a new principal and a new band program, but recently St. Robert School has also added a tennis team to the athletic offerings. This team consists of St. Robert students, and these students have committed themselves to training in the fall and match play along with training in the spring. Tennis is joining the other two pre-existing sports at St. Robert, volleyball and basketball, and many are anxious to see how the team will benefit the students and school alike.
When asked, one student thought she would do exceptionally well in match play in the spring while another student was worried about match play and getting beat a lot come spring. These two students are both good athletes and play other sports. The student who thinks she will do well in match play believes that she has most likely learned more than the other teams, and she thinks that St. Robert tennis will be successful in the spring because of the hard work they are putting in now. The other student is concerned about match play because the team is getting better, but they have had limited time to practice, so they can’t have improved as much as a team with a lot of practice.
Both students did say that they would play next year although nothing is definite yet. The students who hope to play next year say that they are learning a lot while having fun with friends. There is something to be said about this because this makes the inclination that the tennis program is a fun enjoyable place for the St. Robert student body. If the students talk about tennis to their friends, more and more people could try the sport in the future because they hear that they will have fun there. Because the news of tennis is spreading, the team will most likely grow year after year. The team seems to be a good investment for St. Robert School due to this.
All around St. Robert tennis is a successful team for learning. The team also will have many participants making the team a good idea for a St. Robert sport. The team will most likely grow in the future. The team seems to be good, and will most likely do well in match play. The St. Robert student body will hopefully be cheering for their new team in the spring match play.

I like how you showed the two perspective of how people think the match play will go.
